In a commitment to fostering academic excellence and youth empowerment, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL) has awarded N5 million each to the two top graduating students of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE) for 2024. The presentation ceremony took place at the Tantita Head Office in Bendel Estate, Ugborikoko, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State earlier this week.
The initiative, spearheaded by Tantita’s Executive Director of Operations and Technical, Capt. Warredi Enisuoh, fulfilled a pledge made during the 2024 Federal University of Petroleum Resources (FUPRE) and The African Child Award ceremony held on July 4, 2024. Alongside Tantita’s contribution, the Godfrey Pondi Book Club also awarded N2 million each to the two outstanding graduates.
The event not only celebrated academic excellence but also recognized individuals and organizations pivotal to the growth of Nigeria’s petroleum industry. High Chief (Engr) Kestin Ebimobowei Pondi, Managing Director of Tantita, and Capt. Warredi Enisuoh were honored during the ceremony for their significant contributions to the oil and gas sector.
Dr. Eddy Pondi, Executive Director of Administration at Tantita, emphasized the company’s dedication to fostering future leaders within Nigeria’s petroleum sector through educational support.
He highlighted that the financial assistance provided to the top graduates underscores Tantita’s broader commitment to promoting education and combating socio-economic challenges among Nigerian youth.
