The National President of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), High Chief Fwdr. Hon. Tochukwu E. Ezisi, has extended warm New Year greetings to members of the association, urging them to remain committed to the values that define the freight forwarding profession.
In his New Year message, Ezisi commended members for their resilience and unity throughout the challenges of the past year, noting that their collective dedication has continued to uphold the ideals on which NAGAFF was founded.
According to him, the year 2026 presents a fresh opportunity for the association to widen its influence, strengthen its structures, and elevate standards across the freight forwarding industry. He called on practitioners to recommit themselves to professionalism, integrity, regulatory compliance, and support for national development.
“Professionalism remains the bedrock of our credibility, while compliance is our shared responsibility to ensure transparency, legality, and alignment with global best practices.”
“As we pursue growth in our individual businesses and seek to boost revenue for the sector, we must do so with innovation, discipline, and a forward-thinking approach,” Ezisi said.
Expressing optimism for the year ahead, the NAGAFF President said he believes 2026 will usher in greater opportunities, divine favour, and significant achievements for members. He assured that the association, united in purpose, will continue to stand as a leading voice in the maritime, logistics, and trade ecosystem.
Ezisi encouraged members to approach the new year with courage and optimism, adding: “Together, we will achieve more. Together, we will rise higher. Together, we will build the future we envision for our great association.”
He wished all members and their families a prosperous, peaceful, and fulfilling New Year.
